Privacy notice

Who we are

Leeds Property Group is a trading name of Kirkstall Roofing Ltd — Company No. 17368642. You can contact us about your data on 0113 460 1042 or at info@leedspropertygroup.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if given, postcode, the trade you selected and your message, plus the page you sent it from.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, arrange a visit, send a quote and carry out any work you go ahead with. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Who sees it

Our office staff, and the tradespeople who carry out your job, who receive only what they need to do it. Enquiries are stored in our email and enquiry management system. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after two years. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as needed for accounts, warranty queries and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by contacting us using the details above. If you are not happy with how your data has been handled, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) takes complaints.
